LMMpro Download Instructions

WINDOWS based application; uses .NET framework.

Options A and B below depend on whether the .NET framework exists on your computer.
The setup file will let you know automatically if .NET framework exists on your computer.

Option A: Directions (.NET framework exists on your computer):

  1. Download the LMMpro Setup file to your desktop.
  2. Run the LMMpro Setup file.
  3. Setup will detect that .NET framework exists on your PC, and will install LMMpro automatically.
  4. After installation is completed, delete the LMMpro Setup file from your desktop.
  5. To run the LMMpro software, click on the shortcut that is now in your desktop.
  6. Close this webpage. You're done.

Option B: Directions (.NET framework does not exist on your computer):

  1. Download the LMMpro Setup file to your desktop.
  2. Run the LMMpro Setup file.
  3. Setup will detect that .NET framework does not exist on your PC, and will redirect you to the .NET framework website.

  4. Click on "Download x86 version" under ".NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package".
  5. Click on the "Download" button. Download the setup file (22.4 MB) to your desktop. This download will take several minutes.
  6. Close the .NET webpages when the download is completed. Run the dotnetfx file that is now in your desktop. This will install the .NET framework. This will take several minutes.
  7. After the installation of the .NET framework is completed, delete the dotnetfx.exe file that is still in your desktop.

  8. Run the LMMpro Setup setup file again.
  9. Setup will detect that .NET framework now exists on your PC, and will install LMMpro automatically.
  10. After installation is completed, delete the LMMpro Setup file from your desktop.
  11. To run the LMMpro software, click on the shortcut that is now in your desktop.
  12. Close this webpage. You're done.

Notes:

Most new WINDOWS & VISTA based computers will already have the .NET framework installed.

As with all programs written in C#, the .NET framework is required for LMMpro to work.
The .NET framework is free.
